InvoiceSnap is a free, browser-based tool for creating invoices and quotes. There is no account, no subscription and no payment required to use it. We may add, change or remove features at any time to keep the tool useful and up to date.
Your content
Anything you type into the generator (business details, client details, line items, amounts and notes) is yours. As explained in the privacy policy, that content is processed entirely in your browser, so you are responsible for keeping your own copies (such as the downloaded PDF) and for the accuracy of what you send to your clients.
No professional advice
InvoiceSnap helps you format and calculate an invoice or quote, but it is not accounting, tax or legal advice. Tax rules, invoice requirements and payment terms vary by country and situation, so double-check totals and requirements with a qualified professional before relying on them for anything important.
Acceptable use
Use InvoiceSnap for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, and do not use it to create documents intended to defraud or mislead anyone.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep calculations correct and the tool available, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, InvoiceSnap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including errors in a generated invoice, quote or PDF.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure and may, now or in the future, display advertising served by third-party networks. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, described further on the privacy policy page.
