What we process
Everything you type into the invoice or quote generator (business names, addresses, line items, amounts, notes) is processed entirely in your web browser. It is never transmitted to our servers or to any third party. The PDF is generated on your own device.
Local storage
To let you pick up where you left off, your current draft is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. We cannot read it. You can remove it at any time by using the Clear form button in the generator or by clearing your browser's site data for invoicesnap.net.
Cookies and analytics
InvoiceSnap does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising scripts. There is nothing to consent to and nothing to opt out of.
Hosting
The site is served as static pages by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested URL) to operate and secure the service. See the Vercel privacy policy for details. No invoice content ever appears in those logs, because invoice content is never sent over the network.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published on this page. Since the tool is designed so that we never receive your data in the first place, meaningful changes are unlikely.
