What we process
Everything you type into the invoice or quote generator (business names, addresses, line items, amounts, notes) is processed entirely in your web browser. It is never transmitted to our servers or to any third party. The PDF is generated on your own device.
Local storage
To let you pick up where you left off, your current draft is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. We cannot read it. You can remove it at any time by using the Clear form button in the generator or by clearing your browser's site data for invoicesnap.net.
Advertising and cookies
InvoiceSnap may show display advertising served by third-party networks (such as Google AdSense) to help cover the cost of running the site for free. When ads are active, those networks can set cookies or use similar technologies on your device to show relevant ads, measure performance and limit how often you see the same ad.
If you visit from the EEA, the UK or another region with similar rules, you will be asked for consent through an on-screen banner before any personalized ads or non-essential cookies are set. You can decline and still use the invoice and quote generator in full. None of this affects the data described above: what you type into the generator is never sent anywhere, so it is never used to serve you ads.
Hosting
The site is served as static pages by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested URL) to operate and secure the service. See the Vercel privacy policy for details. No invoice content ever appears in those logs, because invoice content is never sent over the network.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, for example when advertising is turned on, adjusted or turned off, the updated version will be published on this page.
