How it works
The site is a set of static pages. The invoice generator and quote generatorrun entirely client-side: the live preview, the math and the PDF export all happen on your device. Your draft is kept in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it, and nothing is ever uploaded. The details are in the privacy policy.
Why it is free
Because it costs almost nothing to run. There are no servers crunching your data and no storage bills for your invoices, since both stay on your device. No watermark, no trial, no feature gates.

Who is behind it
InvoiceSnap is published and maintained by FusionStudios, a web design studio based in the Netherlands. That matters more here than on an average utility site: these pages make statements about invoicing, VAT and payment terms, and you are entitled to know who is making them.
We are not accountants or tax advisers. That is exactly why every legal claim on this site is carried by a link to the authority that publishes the rule, with the date we read it, rather than by our own say-so. How that works is set out in our editorial policy and methodology.
